For those companies with call centers<\/a><\/span> (or should I say “contact centers”), you know that some telecom service providers are not fond of dialers. Not to worry, I found some SIP<\/a><\/span> providers that are happy to take your business.\"quality<\/p>\n

During December, I spent hours upon hours calling and emailing over 60 of the SIP service providers<\/a><\/span> listed on AeroComInc.com<\/a><\/span>, in order to learn about the differences in their SIP service offerings\u2026 I know, you’re so jealous of my job.<\/p>\n

One of the questions I asked was “Do you allow dialers?” and “Do you have a minimum call duration?”<\/p>\n

Here is a quick summary of the SIP service providers<\/a><\/span> I found to be dialer-friendly.<\/p>\n

*Disclaimer: There are obviously additional providers that are dialer friendly that I did not get a chance to speak with, so just consider this a good starting point but by no means, the final word.<\/p>\n

Appia<\/strong><\/a><\/span>
\nAppia has a separate platform (separate from their standard SIP service), exclusively built for dialer customers. They do not have a minimum call duration, they can deliver service over dedicated or 3rd party bandwidth, they can hand-off the service as SIP, Analog or PRI and they offer both domestic and international DID’s.<\/p>\n

Granite<\/a><\/strong><\/span>
\nAlthough dialer traffic is not a core focus, they do not shy away from it either. If you are a mid-large company with multiple locations in the US and you also have dialer needs, Granite’s SIP service might be a good fit. They can deliver their SIP over dedicated or 3rd party bandwidth and can hand it off as SIP, PRI or Analog lines.<\/p>\n

Intelepeer<\/a><\/strong><\/span>
\nThis service provider has a good SIP contact center solution that they can deliver over dedicated or 3rd party bandwidth and it comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They only hand it off as native SIP (i.e. not PRI or Analog), but they can give you DID’s in 96% of the US and in 50 international countries.<\/p>\n

Intermedia<\/a><\/strong><\/span>
\nIntermedia is open to dialer traffic and does not have a minimum call duration. They only deliver their SIP service over 3rd party Internet access and they will only hand it off to your phone system as native SIP – No PRI or Analog hand-offs. Something extremely unique is that they have month to month agreements\u2026 now that’s confidence.<\/p>\n

Powernet<\/a><\/strong><\/span>
\nCall centers have always been a sweet spot for Powernet and that hasn’t changed with their SIP service. They offer 6 second minimums with 6 second increments\u2026 even with dialer traffic. Powernet can also hand off your SIP service as Native SIP, PRI or Analog lines.<\/p>\n

TouchTone<\/strong><\/a><\/span>
\nIf you’ve operated dialers for a long time then you’ve probably heard of TouchTone. They have always been strong with dialer call traffic so it’s no surprise that they made this list of companies that have dialer-friendly SIP service. They can deliver the service over dedicated or 3rd party bandwidth and can hand it off as Native SIP, PRI or Analog. They are especially well known for having very high ASR’s (Answer Seizure Ratios), which means they complete a high majority of outbound calls being made by a dialer and calls aren’t getting blocked because the call is terminating in a location that’s too expensive.<\/p>\n

Velis4<\/strong><\/a><\/span>
\nVelis4 is known for flexibility so they are obviously willing to take on dialer customers. They can deliver SIP over dedicated or 3rd party bandwidth and can also provide International DID’s and any type of phone system hand-off you require.<\/p>\n

VoxOx<\/strong><\/a><\/span>
\nVoxOx welcomes SIP dialer traffic and they do not have minimum call durations. They can bring you your SIP service over dedicated or 3rd party bandwidth and they can also hand it off as a PRI to your dialer, if required. Customer service is a point of pride for them and to prove it, they can turn up SIP service is as little as 1 day and their average hold time during business hours is only 34 seconds.<\/p>\n

There. If your boss wanted 3 quotes, that should give you plenty of ammo to choose from. Before you start calling them, however, make sure you call us first to arrange a quick call with some of the engineers from these SIP providers. When it comes to your dialer configuration, it’s always better to speak with an engineer BEFORE talking to the sales staff.<\/p>\n
