I talk to a lot of IT people who tell me that they are looking at an on-prem phone system for their contact\u00a0center<\/a><\/span> because of the ROI. My response is always that the one thing that never shows up on the books is flip flops.<\/p>\n

Re-think it, then do it again. Or never again. Your choice, at a whim.<\/p>\n
