This morning, the office enjoyed a delicious breakfast at one of our company\u2019s favorite local spots, Cappy\u2019s Caf\u00e9, here inNewport Beach!<\/p>\n<p>In between his daily tasks and running around town for client meetings, we were able to ask Daniel a few questions about his experience working at AeroCom and how he feels about the company!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Since you first began working at AeroCom, what has been your greatest challenge you have faced?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cIn the beginning, the hardest part was having confidence to tell a business owner or a CIO to trust the recommendation from a 22 year old just out of college.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What has been your greatest memory or moment working with AeroCom?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cProviding a great solution, and being awarded the business of 60 location accounts.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>When you attended your very first sales meeting, were you nervous?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cNope, I couldn\u2019t afford to be nervous. I knew I was young and I had to be overly confident for customers to trust me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>How did you know AeroCom was the right company to work or when you first graduated college (since you were hired post grad)?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cBecause it was 1 mile away from my apartment haha, true story.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>As AeroCom\u2019s \u201cTop Gun,\u201d how did you set goals for yourself and keep at a pace to where they are sustainable?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cAlways focus on personal monthly goals and always have something fun to work towards&#8230;for example, flat screen TV, new car, trip to Italy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We have all enjoyed working with Daniel and appreciate all that he has contributed to this company. He is the perfect example of a hardworking, confident and successful sales representative for AeroCom and his success with the company proves it!<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI couldn\u2019t have asked for a better company or a better career!
