Audit Trail<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All right. So if you&#8217;re companies looking into an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=__O7dRG4buc&amp;embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.aerocominc.com%2F&amp;source_ve_path=MjM4NTE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">enterprise AI solution<\/a>, there&#8217;s a lot of good reasons why having an <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/purview\/audit-copilot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">audit log<\/a> should be up at the top of your must have list of features. &nbsp;The first is just to have an audit trail for HR purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>2. Identify Training Opportunities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The third is identifying violations of acceptable use policy and really using that as a training opportunity for employees like, hey, you know, you&#8217;re violating the acceptable use policy. And, you know, we need to fix that or even for you to realize, like, what are the different ways they could be violating the acceptable use policy? So definitely a good idea to just have that audit log to help you with that, especially as you start to launch enterprise AI for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>4. Identify Trends<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>And lastly, you want to have that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KLTq5rsKnk4&amp;embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.aerocominc.com%2F&amp;source_ve_path=MjM4NTE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">audit log<\/a> to identify your company&#8217;s trends and compare those to like industry averages, like, hey, are we using it the proper way? And how how are we comparing the way we&#8217;re using enterprise AI to the rest of the industry?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Which Enterprise AI solution should your company quote?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All right. So logging is definitely something that should be on the list. There&#8217;s other items as well that you should be considering. If you have more questions on enterprise AI and your company has 50 or more employees that need enterprise AI, not like 50 employees total and only five need it, but like 50 or more that actually need enterprise AI.
