Just when he thought he was pretty good at this IT thing\u2026 he ran into a situation where he knew he had less natural talent than the person next to him.<\/p>\n<p>But instead of fighting it, like the rest of us have done, Ryan took a different approach. He actually went to his manager and admitted it!
