So, for instance, in a contact center&#8217;s busy season, they might need 100 agents in there, receiving calls and receiving messages from website chat, all that type of stuff. But then in the slow season, maybe six to nine months out of the year, they may only have the need for 10 to 20 agents in their company, receiving calls.<\/p>\n<p>So, in the past, that&#8217;s created a huge amount of waste. So they can add agents to their system when they need them, and then cancel those agents when they don&#8217;t need them, without penalty.<\/p>\n<p>They can also have a ton of calls come in and scale their call capacity when they need it. And then when they don&#8217;t need it, scale it way back down and not have to pay for all these <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Telephone_line\" target=\"_blank\">phone lines<\/a> in the meantime.<\/p>\n<p>So with cloud contact center, there is much less waste going on (six to nine months out of a year), with a very seasonal contact center.<\/p>\n<p>So companies who want to know the best cloud contact centers that allow seasonal scalability, all they have to do is give us a call.
