Because, as we all know, your manager might come up to you at the last minute and say, \u201cHey, we have a new employee starting today, can you please have them added before lunch?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If that&#8217;s a possibility, you want to find a service provider that lets you add or remove the users, yourself, through the administrative portal. This isn&#8217;t just tweaking a user, but actually being able to provision a new user, provided you have a phone ready to go as well to the system.<\/p>\n<p>Not all providers can do this. In fact, I&#8217;d say probably roughly about 30% of the providers allow this. The rest of them do not.
