We've been very fortunate to have a great account manager and access to the correct people that have made things happen in locations where connectivity was difficult But as usual, customer service is bad. Everything was working fine and it hit a downtime and we got one of the worst support and i should say, as long as everything works, it is a good solution.#spiceworks

We are in a manufacturing plant that has about 100 systems that need internet access as well as a reliable connection to transfer data to our central office. We have used TWC for many years and have had great success. Service is very reliable and when there is an issue, (usually weather related as we are in New England) it is resolved quickly. A few of our healthcare facilities have Broadview T1 as a secondary ISP for failover. To this date there are no incidents that I can report of having issues with it going down. It is T1 internet, so it is is what it is. I have not had the need to contact support. Great up time though! #Spiceworks
