XO is great! The support and techs are knowledgeable. The service and the network are strong as well. They send us notifications on circuits and do monitors too. Really happy with them! I always get into interesting long technical discussions with the field techs, they have a few telco vets on staff.

We are using it for a long time. the product is great abut the customer services wasn't really good. but in times, it is getting better. I usually had to wait on line for 20 mins to get to them. but now it seems far better. #spicywan

I had to be in part of international wide project and i was able to use Aryaka as they maintain an international reputation and easy to deal with network in diff countries. they were able to put a team together for us and don't have to go through painful searching for providers. great product #spicywan

We have this and its alright, but the speeds are awful at 3 megs per remote site with a 10 meg pipe coming in here. They regularly have problems and are easily overloaded. But we don't have a lot of options at some of these remote sites, we hope to upgrade to something faster in the (hopefully near) future! #SpicySith

We have had our internet/MPLS network hosted by Zayo for the past 6 years (and before that while I was not with this company). Their service has been stellar helping us diagnose issues with our internet connectivity. They have also helped us work with the actual internet providers to get the best deal. Additionally they have been easier to work with when doing "build out" internet connection IE new fiber. #spiceworks

During my tenure as the onsite Field Services Tech in Michigan I routinely dealt with Sprint on installations, configurations and maintenance. I have always thought their technicians were very knowledgeable. I supported numerous sites in Michigan and I always enjoyed working with the techs.

Worst service ever. Still having problem that has dragged on for over 3 months without resolution. Aerocom and Telepacific has done nothing to fix it as of today.

We've seen many clients we support very satisfied with Verizon's service. When there is the occasionally need for support Verizon call queue is generally low. There is a good chance to get someone knowledgeable so that you don't have to waste your time. Medium and Large sized clients using this service. #spicywan
