i consider them as once of the best VM + physical backup solution out there . but these days , there is no need of phycal servers anymore and you need to install agents even in Vms to backup those with unitrends which is a drawback . they are the best in granular level file backups and usually comes with trouble free. #spiceworks.

one of the easiest cloud solution to start with and implement. With APIs, you can literally do anything program-wise but the problem is you need to get past the awe-full interface. there is a learning curve but it could been avoided if they design the interface a bit better. But once you past that, it is very easy to use and depoly VMs. #spiceworks

Microsoft Azure

I love azure. at first , i had no clue how this thing work or what to do with it. but , hey, it is a microsoft product, you can learn very easily. microsoft have been working hard to make their major platforms online as a service is really a plus for microsoft shop. As for using the IIS platform for web site hosting, it will require your web developer to make sure their follow the microsoft way which can be a burden sometimes.I have used Azure to put web applications in the cloud PaaS but also evaluated their IaaS and found great flexibility as an IIS web sites builder. The Azure development framework is very solid. There is plenty of training materials online with examples that cover all basic scenarios #spiceworks.

i ma using it for some time.I researched many solutions for not only my customers but from a reseller perspective as well and Carbonite came out on top. Carbonite support was also top notch in helping our team through the advanced process of file restoration. That is the best/fastest ROI I have ever seen. They're interface for both myself and the end users is great and it's a one-touch setup #spiceworks

Rackspace

I have used rackspace for a brief time. we had a server in Europe and needed to sync data with US Co-lo server so decided to use same provider until project finished. It turns out it is value for the money but will cost you dearly. customer service is really a plus point for this provider. most of the support team know what they are doing/speaking. We used this until client complete the project and released to client IT team but it was a pleasure experience with them. if i have enough budget, i will definitely use them again. #spiceworks

i was using aws for last 3 years for my online backup but decided to move them all to google cloud storage standard and near-line. Because near-line has 3 second window of retrieval when comparing glacier is 4 hours and god know how long. so i had to move S3 data to integrate it with cloud apps. i can say i am really happy about it. price wise , there is not much difference and data transfer between region is free so i am happy with my current provider.#spiceworks

we started using this after came to know about IDrive Express , an upload seeding service for big backups done fast with zero bandwidth usage and decided to tr it out. It has been working very well for the last year or so and is quite flexible, but at the same time, doesnt require any user interaction. It is also HIPAA compliant so quiet happy with this product for remote office backups #spiceworks
