iDrive

I've been using iDrive for cloud files backup since fall 2010. I've been perfectly happy with the product and it's features as well as their support (the one time I needed it). I've used their applications for Windows, Synology, and Android and other than some first version glitches, have been very happy with them. The Synology app could use a better UI, but once figured out, it's been extremely stable. The features that I particularly like about iDrive are: - file revision history - web access to files - restoration options - initial backup HDD send option - price

BackBlaze

VERY reasonably priced, unlimited storage and set it and forget it backups. Easy to use and doesn't get in the way of my users. Business accounts are somewhat clunky (no central management interface and each user has to sign up on their own) but I do get a summary of what my users are consuming along with when their latest backup happened. If you are a small shop then they make a LOT of sense. Recovery can take a little bit at times to build but not bad, the self service option for users is also nice so they can restore their own data when needed. #spiceworks

Drive has been one of our go to cloud file backup and storage systems until we moved to Office 365. The ease of usability and space you receive for free were far better than any competitors. The integration with not only Android but Apple and Windows devices made it an obvious choice when wanting something fast, easy and reliable for our users for cloud file storage. #spiceworks

Amazon Web Services

Amazon web services are so far the best cloud backup provider with their S3 and glacier solutions. Glacier is only for archiving not for any retrieval purpose but s3 is a very powerful tool for any kind of storage facilities any company need. Read/write ratio is far better than any other company including azure and google cloud storage.#spiceworks

eFolder

We've been using eFolder for file level backups for years. It is very configurable so that you can get exactly what you want and as often as you want. The great thing about it is that it has three location options, Remote, Local Server, and Local. We use a combination of Remote and Local Server to store a large variety of backups. I love the fact that they work with reverse delta incrementals which works extremely well and makes for minimal costs and fast restores. In addition they work with SQL, Exchange, etc. My one complaint is that when managing multiple installs can be cumbersome since the central management is lacking. #spiceworks

CrashPlan Pro

,CrashPlan’s ability to backup cloud is nothing short of amazing. There is no need to juggle multiple backup tools for local, offsite, and online backups – CrashPlan does it all. but is a memory hog software that utilise high CPU as well. It doesnt have a smartphone backup tool. If you have that, it could be a perfect solution for all. #spiceworks

I started using Azure this year and so far I've been impressed with the ease of use and reliability. They've included a number of OS choices and their licensing is simplified. Moving forward I will likely migrate many of my existing private cloud hosted VM's to Azure. #spiceworks

this is what they do , simply backup Unlimited Devices for Every Employee. As a HIPAA complaint solution, Business backup plans from Carbonite can be used on an unlimited number of computers, hard drives and NAS (network attached storage) devices. It includes an admin dashboard accessible online (using any web browser) which allows you to manage your account and monitor how much data is being backed up by each user. Tablet and smartphone apps are included with your account. far better than crash plan. #spiceworks
