i am using namecheap private cloud vm for an year and it is good so far. we are using cpanel for managing websites and it is the simplest control panel i ever used. Once they changed nameserver pointers and didnt send a notification and our server went down. only found out after chatting with online support and we suffered around 3 hour downime.

Cloud VM's (Public Cloud)

I have used their VPS before for 3 years. Unlike shared hosting , they are perform very well and had not issues of denial attacks but had to move entire service from them because of DDoS attack. overall good performance and helpfull cusotmer service. Using Cpanel for Web services and it is very helpfull for me to manage.

i am using namecheap for 4 years and never had any issues with vps hosting. they are very helpfull when it comes to support. their online chant is very helpful no matter what you requesting. the price s are very cheap and their website is very well designed to get around to manages services. VPS servers are fast and well mananged. connecting from cpanel and they will help you with any queries.
