Fantastic service. We used to have T1 connections with this company (used to be TW Telecom) and never had any issues then either. in 10 years here, we have lost our internet connection once and it was because of a major power outage...as soon as power was back on, so was our fiber connectivity. #spicysip

Working with Cox Business up in the Gainesville area was always a pleasure, especially compared to their competitors. If they were to move to my current area, I would definitely begin recommending them to my current customers. Good service and intelligent representatives employed.

We have had Cox fiber at one of our plant for abut a year and a half. We have not had any problem with them. They have been very helpful with all of their support . I would recommend Cox Fiber for anyone looking to switch.

Switched to this provider about 3 months ago. Had some difficulties during the transition to them but that was mainly our problem and not theirs, and inspite of it being our issue, they helped us out. Have only had one service problem during this time where one of our sites on our fiber ring went down, called their support team and they got it resolved very quickly. Been great so far.
