We use Comcast Business in Richmond, VA and have minimal issues. We have a good price on our service and service has only been interrupted a few times in the past few years.
They did implement a texting service that would text you if there was an outage but that never worked.
All around, good speed, good price would buy again. #spiceworks.

Our company has been with Comcast since I joined. Comcast internet has always been very fast, but to our experience we have had many connection problems in the past. About a year ago Comcast was doing some sort of upgrades in our area and we had some days where the internet would go off all day. We would complain of course but really didn't have an option to switch over to another ISP because the only other one was ATT and was very slow in our area. Those connection problems are gone now, but I always thought to my self why Comcast wouldn't just perform upgrades during after hours. Oh well, everything is looking fine right now. #SpicySith

Comcast Business Internet in our area is generally pretty good (Longmont, Colorado). Uptime is pretty acceptable, though there is the occasional outage during peak business hours that causes problems for us. Speeds can also fluctuate more than I'd like. We're on a 50/10 setup but that 50 often falls to about half. Overall, based on the price of the package, the performance and reliability is pretty good and I would not hesitate to recommend Comcast Business Internet to companies looking for an ISP. #SpicySith

We set up a number of accounts with Comcast. The service uptime is fairly reliable and we generally are issue free. The only struggle is when working with their customer service. There have been cases my call had to be transferred to an additional rep who can resolve my issue, or times when there was an outage I requested a call back but never got one. Generally, we are quite happy with the service and response time when a tech needs to come out!

Comcast business is pretty good for a business solution. The up time is is good, and have few issues with the modems going down. The only problem I've dealt with with them is when you do have an issue, and you explain your issue in full detail the representatives really do not grasp the problem or urgency well. You have to always let them know that this is a healthcare facility and they need to put priority on the support request. Additionally there phone systems is horrible, it times out when trying to redirect the call, or redirects incorrectly. However when operational, speeds are always good and that is the selling point for me. #Spiceworks

We have two drops at our location, until we run a fiber connection between the two. Our business class access is fast and reliable. We've only had a couple outages in recent times, but it was outside Comcast control or some other major event. Customer service is adequate, but for the most part we get what we need when we need it.

Of all the service providers out there for internet, Comcast has been the most reliable and easiest company to work with. Interface with their equipment. Prices are far for the service you are getting. I would recommend comcast to a friend or colleague. #spiceworks

Here in Northern Georgia, we have two of our largest customers on Comcast Business (as well as many of our smaller) and I have to say that I've been pleased with the service. I can only recall one location that has had multiple issues (they are literally at the end of the line). Any time that I have called customer service, my issues have been addressed rather quickly. Granted, no one can guarantee 100% up-time, but my experience has been up-time around 97-98%. I don't care for all the "extras" they offer home users, antivirus, etc., but they have always done whatever we have asked (routing, addressing, or special configurations) for our business customers. Easy to deal with , reliable and they seem willing to keep us as a customer (which seems to be a dying business practice). That's a pretty good combo in my book.

We work with Comcast on a usual basis for a number of clients down south (Georgia/Florida). For the most part the service is good and the client has good speeds. When voIP has to be set up at some of these locations, ordering parts is usually in stock and will get there within a day or two.
However, I'm giving it a rate of 3 due to the horrible customer service when we need to troubleshoot down equipment or order a replacement router. They have proved over and over to be very slow. It's a heavy process to walk through the troubleshooting steps. Sometimes it's just a issue trying to find the location because we have multiple clients under the same name.

I've been using Comcast Business Internet for myself and various clients for several years now and have had great success with their service.
Their service has been reliable. I find it best to provide your own equipment when possible. This both reduces your overall costs and allows you to select higher quality gear.
Their support times are sub-par compared to most "business class" providers though. If a major event occurs such as a damaged line it can takes days not hours to get it repaired though situations like this are rare.

We have been using Comcast Cable Internet for several years. It has been pretty much stable and reliable. We did have an area wide RF issue that was resolved within two days. All in all, they are pretty decent. #spiceworks

One of the few choices we have where we are in Mt. View CA and the best bang for the buck.
Our node is overloaded so we do run into issues at times but for the most part the service is pretty stable. IF you have issues it can be a challenge to get someone on the phone to take care of it but all in all it is the best option for us in terms of speed per dollar.
I would NOT advise using them to carry VOIP traffic however, we had way too many issues with choppy calls, drops etc due to the low MOS scores we were getting.
Again, for internet traffic at a reasonable price it is an OK offering.
