I tried our a side job repair business and went with 1&1 to quickly get my site up and even try to host others on a subdomain. Their chat support helped me through a lot of startup questions and got me on a plan where I needed to be without trying to upsell or pressure. I felt confident going with them, support knew their stuff and I cannot remember any significant downtime. I even set up a SiteUptime on my site and canceled it soon after once I saw so many 100% uptime reports.

1 & 1 has been awesome for me when getting my side business started. The support was phenomenal, very helpful and got me rolling when I had questions. They went over everything, and reassured me everything was setup properly and ready to go. Your money is safe to be invested here, without a doubt.

unlike their shared webhosting, 1and1 email service is very good enough to offer to small clients as email solution. i never had issues with them and i was even managing a small clients email system before i know about emails , thanks to 1and1 email service. Overall it is a good service.

i have tried this before. it is good but not good enough for big companies. maximum size for a mailbox is 2gb and it iwas not good f or us. BUt it certainly good for SMBs who need to manage mails without a sysadmin.

I have used this for y ears and never appropriate this awesome mail solution. !&1 gave it out for free with hosting bundle while others charged hefty price for each mailbox monthly. neverr had a downtime on this really. after using 4 years, i never needed to contact customer support for this. when aloccated 2GB fills, you can export as PST and clear it up. Great solution.

i have set this up for few clients and they loved it. 2gB inboxes for all staff for as low as $100 per year, awesome. To be honest, i really cant find any drawbacks as it never stopeed working, never needed to call customer service, so and so. all in all, Great service.

one thing i can give 5 star to 1and1 is their free email service. you get up to 3000 free emails accounts of 2gb for every hosting account for last 6 years. i have configured this for many charity organisations and it never gave me problems so one of the best cheap email applications i have ever seen.

Unlimited free emails with their basic hosting plan?! SUCH a good deal. Usually they offer a promotional rate for their basic plan as well. You really can't beat their offer! I've never had an issue with any of my email accounts. #spiceworks

i have used 1and1 email for small companies of 3-5 users to give them free emails with their websites. it is really good for that. unlimited free mailboxes as long as you have hosting with them. i still use couple of mailboxes with them.

I love free 1&1 Email service with sahred hosting plan. If you have an anual subscription of shared hosting, you get to create 3000 mailboxes of 2 GB for free. iwas awesome 5 years back when happens. Hosting wasn't that great but mailboxex kept me service with them. i never had issues with mailboxes from 1and1.
